Position: Truck Mechanic

Location: Cornwall, ON 

Wages: $30.20 hourly salary 

Position: Full-time (40 hours per week). Permanent position. Rotating shifts. Monday-Friday. 

Benefits:  Medical and dental coverage after probation period. RRSP plan as per company policy after probation period. Boot and uniform allowance.

Job Description 

• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems including chassis, frame, cab, body, engine and drive train, air brakes, steering, and fuel, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems
• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems including structural, brake and electrical systems
• Details on trucks needed  as well as any specific work 

Employment requirements 

• Completion of a recognised apprenticeship as a truck mechanic (or equivalent)
• Must have 310T license or be eligible for 310T license 
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant recent work experience. This will be verified by employment references
• Strong English language skills, French is an asset
